An Orange County man was arrested Friday after he confessed to shaking and hitting his four-week-old daughter.
The girl suffered severe injuries and is likely to be permanently disabled.
Daniel Andrew Ortiz, 25, faces a charge of aggravated child abuse. He was being held at the Orange County Jail on $50,000 bail.
